Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the CertPie platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CertPie is a SaaS platform for designing, generating, and distributing professional certificates. The service is available in Free, Pro, and Business plans, each with different features and usage limits.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@certpie.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You agree not to:

• Use CertPie to issue fraudulent or misleading certificates
• Upload recipient data without proper consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another organization or individual

Each plan includes specific usage limits:

• Free: 30 certificates/month, 3 custom templates, 1 team member
• Pro: 500 certificates/month, unlimited templates, 3 team members
• Business: Unlimited certificates, unlimited templates, 10 team members

Exceeding your plan limits will require an upgrade. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate fair use policies.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice

CertPie and its branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of CertPie. Templates created by CertPie remain our property.

Content you upload (including logos, CSV data, and custom templates) remains yours. By using the service, you grant CertPie a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

• You may cancel your account at any time from your Settings page
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

CertPie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertPie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
