Can recipients verify their certificates?
Yes. Every certificate includes a QR code linking to a public verification page confirming who issued it, when, and that it's authentic.
Can I use my own branding on certificates?

What templates are available?
CertPie includes system templates you can use as-is or duplicate to customize, plus the option to design your own from scratch or import a background image.

How do recipients receive their certificates?

Certificate and recipient data is encrypted and access-controlled per organization.
Do recipients need an account to verify a certificate?
No. The QR code opens a public page that shows the issuer, the recipient, the date and the certificate number. No account or app is needed.
Can I use CertPie outside India?
Yes. CertPie works for institutions and recipients anywhere, and a certificate can be verified from any country on any phone. Plans are priced in Indian rupees for Indian customers and US dollars for international customers; either way, international cards work.
Do I need design skills to use CertPie?
No prior design experience is required. The editor is drag-and-drop, and system templates are ready to use immediately.
What is QR code certificate verification?
QR code certificate verification is a way to prove a certificate is genuine: a QR code printed on the certificate links to a public page showing who issued it, to whom, and when. Anyone can scan it with a phone camera to confirm the certificate is real, without contacting the issuer.
What's the difference between a certificate of completion and a certificate of participation?
A certificate of completion confirms someone finished a course or program, often after meeting a requirement like attendance or a passing grade. A certificate of participation confirms attendance at an event, workshop or activity, with no completion requirement.
How much does a bulk certificate generator cost?
CertPie's free plan generates up to 30 certificates a month at no cost. Paid plans start at ₹999 a month (₹799 a month billed yearly) for 500 certificates a month, or ₹2,499 a month for unlimited certificates. International customers are billed the equivalent in US dollars. Certificate credit packs are also available with no subscription.
What file formats can I upload to generate certificates in bulk?
CertPie accepts CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files. Each row becomes one certificate: map your file's columns (name, email, course, date, and so on) to the placeholders on your template, and CertPie generates every certificate in one batch.
How long does it take to generate hundreds of certificates?
